Contech Engineered Solutions in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience with our design team and support our field marketing team in building relationships with civil engineering clients.

As an intern, you will assist senior engineers, perform engineering calculations, help prepare project submittals, and contribute to site visits while developing CAD, Office, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program, Civil preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, database management software, and basic CAD.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department design engineers to present project-specific solutions to clients.
• Assist in the creation of engineering designs and plans under supervision of senior engineers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely project completion.
• Provide support for submittals, production, and product delivery.
• May conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality.
• Maintain engineering standards and procedures.
