Job summary

The Thrasher Group is seeking an entry-level Civil Staff Engineer to join our Bridgeport, WV team. You will contribute to a variety of projects, collaborate with a group of professionals, and help drive project profitability in a fast-paced, can-do environment.

Required: ABET-accredited degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering; 0–3 years of experience; proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD/Civil 3D a plus; EI/EIT certification is welcome but not required.

• EI/EIT certification desired but not required.

Role Overview

What You’ll Bring

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

Certification:

EI/EIT certification desired but not required

Experience:

0-3 years of relevant engineering experience

Software:

Microsoft Office proficiency required; AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience a plus

Analytical skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Travel:

Ability to participate in periodic day travel required
