• BSCE required.
• Minimum 5+ years progressive civil/site design or municipal infrastructure experience.
• PE licensure required.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site design teams for plans, grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater management.
• Oversee QA/QC and deliver high-quality design packages for review.
• Lead permitting and approval processes with agencies.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and milestones to meet objectives.
• Oversee revenue recognition, invoicing, and cost tracking for assigned projects.
