Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- EIT required; PE license preferred.
- 2–7+ years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Review zoning and land development ordinances to determine land development limits.
- Site investigation and due diligence.
- Prepare concept drawings and coordinate with AutoCAD drafter.
- Lead design of stormwater management and conveyance systems using Civil 3D.
- Perform pipe sizing calculations and drainage design.
- Prepare construction cost estimates.
