Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from office location
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and try new things

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers and Team Leaders on land development projects (industrial, residential, mixed-use, urban redevelopment, and affordable housing)
• Learn drafting, plan production, design, field inspections, cost estimation and coordination
• Use AutoCAD and HydroCAD
• Perform calculations, assist with permit applications, prepare technical specifications, and develop exhibits, drawings and presentations
• Other duties as assigned
