Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Leaders on land development projects including industrial, residential, mixed-use, and affordable housing
• Learn drafting, plan production, design, field inspections, cost estimation, and project coordination
• Gain experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel for design and analysis
• Assist with calculations, permit applications, technical specifications, and creation of exhibits and drawings
• Other duties as assigned
