DeKalb Health is looking for a Civil Site Engineer - Project Manager for their Land Development group in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a Pennsylvania Professional Engineer license, and over 10 years of experience. Qualifications

• Ten plus years of experience in municipal engineering and/or private land development.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Review civil engineering plans to ensure compliance with relevant codes.
• Assist and mentor staff on engineering and plan preparation.
• Interact with clients regarding ongoing projects.

Skills

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and municipal codes

Experience with land use regulations and permitting in Pennsylvania

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
