The role includes leading discipline work, performing responsible engineering, and supporting project managers with schedules, budgets, and deliverables; collaboration with customers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Engineering degree accredited by ABET.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to be licensed within a year.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve engineering and design problems.
• Plan, estimate, schedule, and monitor work activities.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations and sketches.
• Lead discipline work and support project managers on schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Interact with customers' engineers and maintain professional relationships.
