Responsibilities

• Perform design tasks, such as conceptual layouts, grading, and drainage, associated with civil engineering projects.
• Work within AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 and collaborate with office staff/management to successfully complete projects within budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of local land use processes and regulations (NC).
• Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, grading, and site development design.
• Demonstrated Civil 3D skills from concept to completion.
• Good interaction skills with coworkers, clients, and agencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
