Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Civil Site EIT/Designer in the United States. You will assist in site studies, design and documentation, support project management tasks, and work on diverse civil/site projects with senior engineers.

The role prefers an EIT and requires proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD, plus familiarity with Bentley ConceptStation, InfraWorks, Civil 3D, and OpenFlows. Local candidates are favored. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT preferred; candidates with EIT title may advance to Civil Site EIT.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD; familiarity with Bentley ConceptStation/InfraWorks and Civil 3D; OpenFlows experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineer with site studies, designs, docs and presentations.
• Perform site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage.
• Handle routine engineering tasks using standard techniques.
• Complete projects with defined objectives and limited variables.
• Support project management admin tasks.
• Work independently on small projects or with senior engineers.
