Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of civil/site land development experience.
• PE license in Tennessee or reciprocity if relocating.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong technical design, client communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site land development projects from concept through final design.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage client communications, project scope, schedule, and budgets.
