Job summary

gpac is partnered with a reputable Civil Engineering Firm in Raleigh asking for a Civil Engineer to join their management team and lead projects from start to finish.

You will oversee design, mentoring staff, and ensure feasibility and budgets align with goals across diverse projects. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and a PE license are required. This is a leadership, hands-on role with growth opportunities as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience
• PE license is required

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage and oversee operations - Leading multiple employees
• Experience in: Erosion/sediment control, grading, stormwater managment
• Civil Design experience is required
• Ability to analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints
• Ensure project feasibility and practicality
• Create designs and construction deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Inspect project sites and deliver results
