Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager in Nashville to lead civil projects from planning through completion. The role offers ownership of projects, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work with experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license (reciprocity acceptable within 6–12 months) and has multiple years of progressive civil engineering and project leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license; reciprocity within 6–12 months if not in TN.
• Several years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience with project management and/or project leadership.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from planning through completion.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight on project design.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposals.
• Review plans, specs, and technical documents.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
