Job summary

Popli Design Group in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Senior Civil/Site Group Manager to lead and grow the Civil Division. You will mentor staff, oversee QA/QC, manage schedules and backlog, and support business development and proposals.

You will sign and seal documents, provide technical guidance, coordinate with other disciplines, and ensure financial targets and staffing align with project needs. Travel to Rochester as required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• New York State PE license required.
• 10+ years Civil/Site design experience with state agencies, healthcare, higher education and municipalities.
• CPESC/LEED AP/ENV SP certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site engineering projects and implement QA/QC processes.
• Sign and seal project documents and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and develop Civil Engineering staff; support staff reviews and performance.
• Assist with budgeting, backlog management, scheduling, and business development efforts.

Education

BS in Civil Engineering

NY State Licensed Professional Engineer

10+ Years Civil/Site design experience with state agencies healthcare higher education and municipalities

CPESC, LEED AP, ENV SP certification a plus

Valid Driver's License and MVR
