Job summary

Galloway & Company Inc. is seeking a civil engineer to support site development and infrastructure projects.

You will apply engineering principles to plan site layouts, grading, erosion control, stormwater systems, utilities, and transportation layouts for subdivisions, commercial sites, and public works. You will draft detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, collaborate across disciplines, and prepare reports, permit documents, and specifications to support project success and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
• EI/EIT certification or eligible to take the FE exam within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft detailed site plans and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with team members across disciplines and engage with clients for quality outcomes.
• Prepare improvement plans, technical reports, permit applications, and specs for civil projects.
• Support calculations for storm drainage, wastewater, potable water, earthwork, and cost estimates.
• Follow detailed design processes from start to finish and communicate clearly.
