Job summary

EHRA Engineering seeks a Civil/Project Engineer-in-training to work alongside EITs, Project Engineers and Project Managers. You will learn to design private sites and assist in the development of construction drawings, specifications and contract documents for mixed-use retail, multi-family and residential projects, within and outside Municipal Utility Districts.

You'll perform one-line design of utilities, roadways, detention and grading, set up base drawings with utilities, and learn EHRA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years related experience.
• FE or PE license preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Civil 3D/AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard practices and techniques to solve problems.
• Lead tasks within the project scope and supervise interns.
• Prepare design documents and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with team members, staff, and clients for timely delivery.
• Understand agency design standards and regulatory criteria.
• Assist with engineering design functions under supervision.
• Research information and apply EHRA QA/QC program.
