Job summary

3 Rocks Engineering & Surveying is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead and grow our civil sector across Southeast Colorado. This leadership role focuses on setting the direction for civil engineering growth, building a strong team, and representing the firm in the market.

You will drive business development, lead a team of seven, and collaborate on a 10-year growth plan. Colorado PE is required, with 10+ years of experience and a proven ability to build client relationships.

Qualifications

• PE license in Civil Engineering (Colorado) is required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with a leadership track record.
• Proven success in generating new work and building client relationships.
• Experience mentoring engineers and project managers.
• Comfortable representing the sector to clients and at events.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for the civil sector in Colorado Springs/Front Range.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 with 3–4 direct reports.
• Partner with ownership on the 10-year growth plan and sector goals.
