Job summary

InfraRec. is seeking multiple Project Superintendents for Florida-based civil construction, including Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville. You will manage field operations on earthworks, site development, and utilities, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Role involves leading field teams, coordinating across trades, and maintaining strong communication with Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors. Competitive salary with bonus potential and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising heavy civil construction projects.
• Background in earthworks, site development, and underground utilities.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and field teams.
• Strong scheduling, safety, and production management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from project startup through completion.
• Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment resources.
• Drive project schedules and coordinate work across multiple trades.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Monitor productivity, quality control, and project progress.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors.
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
