Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Water & Wastewater candidate to join our Water & Wastewater Group located in our Raleigh, NC office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of assigned projects and the development of client accounts.
2. Responsibilities include marketing, client development, technical quality, profitability, scheduling, staff coordination, client communication, scope and fee negotiations, billing, and fee collection support.
3. The Project Manager must maintain excellent client relationships, cross-sell services, and communicate regularly with the Group Leader.
4. Manage multiple mid-sized and small projects effectively.

Skills/Requirements

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with relevant work experience and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in North Carolina or other states where Timmons Group operates.
2. 6 to 10 years of civil engineering experience related to Water/Wastewater or Infrastructure markets.
3. Proficiency in designing and managing project portions using relevant software, modeling, CADD, and engineering calculations.
4. Ability to prepare specifications, research materials, and assist in cost estimation.
5. Effective communication skills with clients, staff, and internal teams.
