Job summary

Dynamic Site Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Buda, TX to drive project success and financial performance. Hybrid with travel details, you will own civil development projects from award through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, and documentation while building client relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years in heavy civil or related PM, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Procore or similar tools; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PM experience required.
• 3–5 years in civil construction project management.
• Experience reading complex civil plans and specs.
• Strong budgeting and cost-to-complete tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects from award to closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete tracking.
• Develop schedules and identify risks to budgets.
• Handle procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with field superintendents and owners/engineers.
