Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with technical work and project management in Water/Wastewater or Municipal projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Mississippi or ability to obtain within 6-12 months preferred.
• Ability to produce clear and concise technical reports.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD and ArcGIS is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Position

Civil Project Manager: This position will be based in our DeSoto County (MS) Office in Southaven. As a Civil Project Manager, you will lead and manage municipal, water/wastewater, or site civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support other departments as project and client needs evolve. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Mississippi or the ability to obtain within 6 to 12 months, preferred
• 10+ years of experience with technical work and project management in the field of Water/Wastewater, Municipal or Site Civil
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and conceptualize
• The ability to produce technical reports and memorandums that are clear, concise, and accurate
• The ability to communicate effectively during day-to-day interactions with teaming partners, colleagues, and clients
• Experience with AutoCAD (and/or Civil 3D), and ArcGIS is advantageous
