Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Senior Civil/Environmental Engineer for a permanent hybrid role in Rochester Hills, MI. A BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering and at least seven years of civil land development experience are required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management (3+ years preferred), Civil 3D proficiency, and the ability to pursue PE licensure within 6–12 months. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $135,000 annually with standard benefits.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
