Entellus, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona, seeks a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team as a full-time professional.

You will design roadways, drainage, and utilities, and work with engineers and project managers to produce plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for municipal infrastructure projects. Requirements include a BS in Engineering with 7+ years, Arizona-registered PE or eligibility within one year, proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MS Office, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
• Arizona Registered Professional Engineer or able to obtain within one year.
• Strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D design skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design roadway, pedestrian, water/wastewater infrastructure, civil site, and related projects.
• Update designs based on manager and client feedback.
• Assist in preparing plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.
• Coordinate with utility companies during the design process.
• Conduct site/field inspections of project locations.
• Perform technical research and investigation.
• Ensure the accuracy of completed tasks using established Entellus QA/QC processes.

Entellus, Inc. is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Entellus currently has many exciting projects underway, and we are looking for a full‑time Civil Engineer with strong technical ability, good communication skills, and enthusiasm to join our growing team. This position will require you to work with other engineers, project managers, and technical staff to produce plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for municipal infrastructure projects such as the design of roadways, drainage facilities, site grading, water, and sanitary sewer utilities.

Requirements

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Design roadway, pedestrian, water/wastewater infrastructure, civil site, and related projects.
• Update designs based on manager and client feedback.
• Assist in preparing plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.
• Coordinate with utility companies during the design process.
• Conduct site/field inspections of project locations.
• Perform technical research and investigation.
• Ensure the accuracy of completed tasks using established Entellus QA/QC processes.

Skills/Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona, or ability to become registered within one year.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D design package and Microsoft Office applications (strong Excel skills are a plus).
• Must be able to interact and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with Entellus staff and external clients.
• Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on‑site inspections, etc.
• Detail‑oriented, professional attitude, team player, and self‑starter.

Salary Range is $100,000 - $200,000 (+ Paid for every hour worked, Bonus, and 401 (k) profit share).
