Entellus, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater team in Phoenix, Arizona. You will lead design and construction oversight of water infrastructure projects, coordinating with clients, subconsultants, contractors, and utilities.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 15+ years of experience, licensure in Arizona or ability to obtain it, and strong communication skills. We offer hybrid work, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 15+ years of experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona or able to become within six months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with Entellus staff and external clients.
• Ability to travel for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections, etc.
• Detail-oriented, professional attitude, team player, and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Design and construction oversight of water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, modeling, calculations, and QA/QC processes.
• Familiar with hydraulic calculations, hydraulic modeling, and pump selection.
• Coordinate with client/owner, subconsultants, contractors, and utility companies during design and construction.
• Assist in business development and preparation of qualification-based proposals.
• Develop and negotiate scopes of work and fee proposal with client/owner.

Salary Range is $140,000 - $200,000 (+ Paid for every hour worked, Bonus, and 401k Profit Share).
