Entellus, Inc. is seeking a dynamic team player to join our construction team in Phoenix, Arizona.

The role focuses on day-to-day field inspections of civil infrastructure projects and coordination with contractors, project teams, and clients to ensure work is built to plans and specifications. Ideal candidates have 1–4+ years in construction, hold an associate degree in construction-related field, and can work outdoors in Arizona summers.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in a construction-related field.
• Water and/or sewer inspection experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a good driving record and valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10-hour construction safety certificate preferred.
• NICET and/or ACI certifications preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally, orally and in writing.
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona summer temperatures.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine field inspections to verify conformance to plans and specifications.
• Monitor, observe, and record daily work.
• Attend meetings related to projects as needed.
• Resolve construction field conflicts.
• Follow safety rules and practices on all projects.
• Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Entellus supervisor.

Entellus, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and collaborative team player to join our construction team in Phoenix, Arizona.

The position involves day-to-day interfacing with contractors, project team members, our clients, and other technical experts to ensure each project is built according to plans and specifications. Projects will be related to civil infrastructure, such as roads, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine field inspections for the purpose of verifying conformance to construction plans and specifications.
• Monitor, observe, and record the work performed daily.
• Attend various meetings as needed related to projects.
• Resolve construction field conflicts.
• Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects.
• Maintain and take care of all company equipment and vehicles.
• Other duties assigned by the Entellus supervisor.

Skills/Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of experience in a construction-related field.
• Water and/or sewer inspection experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum of an associate degree in construction engineering or related field, or 1+ years of civil infrastructure inspection, or construction contractor experience.
• Must have a good driving record and valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10-hour construction safety certificate, preferred.
• NICET, ACI certifications, preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally, orally and in writing.
• Possess sufficient stamina to work outdoors, especially in Arizona summer temperatures.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to work overtime.

Salary Range is $50,000 - $95,000 (+ Paid for every hour worked, Bonus, and 401 (k) profit share).
