The ideal candidate has a strong background in municipal/state projects, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a track record of on-time delivery and budget control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of civil construction experience.
• At least 2 years of prior experience serving as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering municipal/state infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of public-sector delivery, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven budgets, schedules, and client relationships management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Lead project delivery for transportation, roadway, drainage, utilities, water/wastewater, or similar public-sector projects.

• Ensure compliance with applicable state, municipal, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with company standards, client expectations, and contractual obligations.

In this role you will take full ownership of civil projects from planning to completion ensuring the proper materials, quality, schedule, and cost is up to Red Ox standards. This role is ideal for an experienced civil construction professional who understands the demands of project delivery, can anticipate and manage project risk, and has a proven ability to lead teams through complex scopes while building strong client and partner relationships.
