We’re looking for aCivil Project Engineer – Transportationto join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on meaningful projects—from roadway and traffic improvements to infrastructure upgrades for city and state agencies.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the design and development of roadway and transportation projects
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients across all stages of project delivery
• Conduct site visits, review plans, and ensure quality control standards are met
• Prepare engineering reports, construction plans, and cost estimates
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a licensed PE in transportation or municipal infrastructure design
• Proficiency in MicroStation/OpenRoads
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Passion for delivering smart, buildable, and cost-effective solutions
