• Preferred project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with Bluebeam Revu
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, and financial management in construction projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in planning and execution of heavy civil construction projects.
• Review project plans, specs, and contract documents for compliance.
• Coordinate with design team, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Assist with cost estimates, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and track progress against deadlines.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety on-site.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports and submittals.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from subcontractors.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory requirements are met on-site.
• Help resolve technical issues during construction.
• Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Monitor subcontractor/vendor performance for adherence to specs and safety.
• Assist with progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Participate in project meetings and provide milestone updates.
