You will manage submittals, documentation, and change orders while driving cost control and timely project delivery on complex civil projects.

• Driving billing, subcontractor payments, and cost control.
• Helping lead forecasting and cost performance strategies.

• Managing submittals, documentation, and project flow.
• Handling change orders and time‑and‑materials work with confidence.
