Gary Merlino Construction Co., Inc. (GMCC) is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Seattle/Bellevue area team.

We are a locally owned general contractor specializing in heavy civil construction, with a reputation for hands-on experience and a collaborative, high-performance environment. You will own critical aspects of project leadership, including coordinating with field teams, budgeting and cost tracking, billing, forecasting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders to drive successful

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with field teams to drive execution and solve problems in real time
• Taking ownership of project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Driving billing, subcontractor payments, and cost control
• Helping lead forecasting and cost performance strategies
• Building and maintaining project schedules
• Managing submittals, documentation, and project flow
• Handling change orders and time-and-materials work with confidence
