Bolton & Menk is now accepting applications for a Professional Engineer to join our Land Development team as a Project Engineer in the Greenville office. In this role, you will collaborate on project design for a variety of projects with an emphasis on land development and municipal work. You will be responsible for the planning, development, and completion of projects in a profitable manner, as well as client contact and business development activities in designated areas.

We seek a licensed engineer with experience in site design, client meetings, and project management from inception through construction on diverse projects. What You Will Be Doing

This role focuses on site development projects. As a Project Engineer, you will coordinate planning, development, and project completion to ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with Project Managers to understand client needs and expectations.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota
• 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, including construction observation
• Experience in plan and specification development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• Ability to develop grading plans
• Experience with stormwater management tools (HydroCAD, P8, MIDS)
• Knowledge of erosion and sediment control
• Storm sewer pipe design experience
• Experience with client contact and public presentations
