In this unique role, you will be responsible for collaboration of project design on a wide variety of large and small scale projects with an emphasis on land development and municipal . This role will also be responsible for the overall planning, development, and completion of the project in a profitable manner and responsible for client contact and business development activities in designated areas.

We are looking for a licensed engineer who has experience in site design, meeting with clients, and the ability to manage a project from inception through construction on a wide variety of projects. What You Will Be Doing:

This role will have a focus on site development projects and as a Project Engineer you coordinate planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction. You work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota
• 4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including construction observation
• Experience in plan and specification development
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• Ability to develop grading plans
• Storm water management tools (HydroCAD, P8, MIDS)
• Erosion and Sediment Control
• Storm sewer pipe design ability
• Experience with client contact and public presentations
