Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer, PE to join our Municipal team in our Chaska office. We are looking to add a Project Engineer, PE who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to understand client needs and expectations
• Review and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies
• Read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and reports
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or modifications to clients, contractors, and staff
• Assist with business development activities such as client needs assessment, research, and proposals
• Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation with field staff

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota
• 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, including municipal infrastructure
• Experience in plan and specification development and construction contract administration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of MnDOT requirements
• Valid driver's license required for site visits and travel

Salary Range:

$68,000 - $120,000, dependent on experience and credentials
