Job Title: Project Engineer, PE

Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer, PE to join our Municipal team in our Minneapolis office. We are looking to add a Project Engineer, PE who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Manage planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, including design and construction.
2. Work closely with Project Managers to understand client needs and expectations.
3. Review and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
4. Read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
5. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or modification and repairs to clients, contractors, and staff.
6. Assist with business development activities such as client needs assessment, research, and proposals.
7. Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
2. Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota.
3. 4+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, preferably with municipal infrastructure.
4. Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
6. Knowledge of MnDOT requirements.
7. Valid driver's license for travel to facilities and job sites.

Salary Range:

$68,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and credentials.
