Qualifications

• Arizona P.E. required.
• 6 years of design experience in land development or transportation/d drainage projects.
• Energetic, self-motivated professional with ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Effective decision making, budget control, client maintenance and team building.
• Must be detailed oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to WOODPATEL clients.
• Direct engineers-in-training and staff with project responsibilities and scheduling.
• Coordinate with design engineers on scope, complexity, planning and scheduling.
• Assist planning and scheduling of work and manpower distribution.
• Ensure quality and compliance with standards, procedures, codes, and schedules.
• Mentor and coach staff and promote a productive work environment.
• Supervise engineers and designers in a team.
• Assist senior engineer with office goals and client relationships.
