Wood Patel & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Land Development Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead design teams and subconsultants. You will direct technical work to meet schedules and budgets, while ensuring high-quality services and strong client satisfaction.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with 8+ years of experience and a PE or ability to obtain within 3 months. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D is a plus, with opportunities for growth and partnership potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Arizona PE or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work to satisfy clients
• Proven track record of client interaction including initiating contacts, negotiating contracts and securing referrals
• Civil3D knowledge and capabilities a plus

Responsibilities

• Direct design team and subconsultants to meet schedules and budgets
• Develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract language
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Supervise, develop, and mentor staff
• Maintain quality control throughout project duration
