Qualifications

• Registered PE in Washington or able to obtain within 90 days.
• 3–5 years of design experience in transportation, gas pipeline, roadway, energy, or utilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians.
• Experience managing projects from conception to completion in land development, infrastructure, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of land development projects.
• Coordinate with clients and collaborate with PMs and BD to position the firm for future work.
• Direct and support technical staff to deliver projects.
• Assist PMs with scope, budget, and schedule, and deliverables.
• Assist business development to cultivate client relationships.
