Timmons Group is looking for a Civil Project Engineer III to join their Land Development Group in Greensboro, NC. This role involves designing project components, preparing civil engineering site plans, and collaborating with a team to deliver diverse civil projects, including schools and community centers.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. The position offers a dynamic work environment with a commitment to team collaboration and personal ownership of projects.
Timmons Group is seeking Civil Project Engineer III candidates for our Land Development Group located in our Greensboro, NC office.
Projects range from large scale industrial and distribution projects to public land development projects like schools, jails, fire stations, community centers and parks. We assist our clients with zoning entitlements, civil site plan approvals, and construction administration support. Our project engineers will typically work in a team of 2-3 design engineers and a project manager to bring our client’s vision to life. The complexity and fast paced nature of our client’s needs creates a dynamic environment for our team members and fosters a culture of teamwork, diverse training opportunities, and builds a sense of ownership in the successful outcome of the project.
