Job summary

Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III to join our Energy & Renewables Group in Plano, TX. This role focuses on land development for utility-scale wind and solar farm projects across the country, including tasks such as road design and hydrologic analysis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a degree in civil engineering, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. We value high-energy, flexible professionals ready to contribute to our mission.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of hydrologic and hydraulic experience.
• EIT certification preferred.
• CFM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design portions of a project using software and AutoCAD.
• Complete calculations using engineering formulas.
• Prepare reports with text and exhibits.
• Assist in engineering and construction cost estimates.
• Conduct field observation and inspection duties.
