Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, 2+ years of land development experience, and proficiency with Civil 3D/CAD. EIT certification is preferred; strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in land development engineering, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or other CAD software.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Designing site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D and other modeling tools.
• Performing engineering calculations and solving real-world design challenges.
• Preparing technical specifications and construction documents.
• Conducting research and writing objective reports to support project completion.
• Assisting with cost estimates and construction planning.
• Supporting field inspections and data collection.
• Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to deliver high-quality results.
