Job summary

Wiley|Wilson, a 100% employee-owned firm, seeks a Civil Engineer with 6–10 years of design experience to grow with our dynamic team across Richmond, Raleigh, Lynchburg, or Alexandria offices. Responsibilities include land development, site design, stormwater, and utilities for federal/state work while mentoring juniors and supporting proposals.

Qualifications

BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia or North Carolina, or ability to reciprocity within 3 months.
6–10 years of Civil Engineering design experience (land development and infrastructure).
Willingness to travel as required; eligible to work in the United States; able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Design complex land development and infrastructure projects for federal/state clients.
Produce site development plans, stormwater management, environmental permitting, and utility designs.
Lead design efforts from concept through construction documents and assist construction administration.
Mentor junior engineers and support proposals across markets and geographies.
