Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license with 4+ years of related experience or EIT on track to PE with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong mathematical skills are required.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, design and control project activities to meet schedules, budgets, and QA/QC policy constraints.
• Design residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional site plans including site layout, grading, and utility design.
• Prepare plans and specifications with project team and assist in proposals including scope of work, time schedule, and manpower estimates.
• Communicate with regulatory staff; represent clients at hearings or meetings.
• Monitor QA/QC, budgets, schedules; report project status to Project Manager.
• Promote new business for the company and your area of expertise.
