The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, a PE license or is on track with an EIT, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office skills, plus valid driver’s license for site visits.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license or EIT on track with progression toward PE.
• Experience in residential/commercial/industrial site design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (2023+) required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and set goals.
• Support team in calculations and site plans.
• Manage projects to adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Develop proposals outlining service fees.
• Research economic alternatives for project components.
• Present applications and provide testimony to land use boards.
• Prepare construction cost estimates and reports for civil projects.
• Liaise with professionals, attorneys, developers, and public agencies.
• Support principals in business development efforts.
