Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Civil Project Engineer in Fargo, ND to lead the design and permitting of civil site plans, including grading, drainage, and stormwater systems. The role reports to the project manager and requires clear technical communication for reports and coordination with the team.

Applicants must have a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a professional engineering license, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office. Land development experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience with land development design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and permitting of site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater systems, and roadways.
• Provide technical and design support for civil projects and coordinate with project manager.
• Coordinate submittals, regulatory approvals, and construction permits.
