If you’re a civil engineer with 5+ years of experience, a knack for thoughtful design, and a desire to work on meaningful projects while mentoring others, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do as a Project Engineer:

With your experience and expertise, you’ll be a technical leader—supporting the design and execution of a wide range of civil engineering projects. You’ll work together with Project Managers and technical staff to ensure projects stay on scope, on time, and on budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading design work on a variety of local projects
• Collaborating on project plans and technical proposals
• Sealing engineering work under your supervision
• Coordinating across teams and communicating technical details with clarity
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting internal process improvements
• Upholding QA/QC standards to deliver quality, reliable work

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of civil engineering experience
• Strong independent work ethic and collaborative mindset
• A passion for mentoring and contributing to a team
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Pennsylvania is preferred
