Job summary

The role involves maintaining schedules, quality controls, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. A B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required along with 3 years of civil construction knowledge preferred. Benefits include comprehensive insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3 years of working knowledge of civil construction is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Detail-oriented in project management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in tasks during construction.
• Ensure compliance of quality control with plans and specifications.
• Maintain schedules and budgets, reviewing project costs.
• Coordinate delivery and scheduling of materials and subcontractors.
• Attend applicable project meetings and job site visits.
