Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will work in a team environment supporting civil engineering, land development, and planning projects. Responsibilities include:

1. Managing civil engineering projects, focusing on land development, including:

• Planning and Entitlement
• Plan Design and Preparation
• Site/Grading Design
• Stormwater Management
• Erosion and Sediment Control
• Well and Septic Design
• As-Built Plans
• Permitting and Coordination
• Construction Coordination

Performing fieldwork to support engineering and surveying tasks.

Supporting Construction Consulting and Litigation Support departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or related field from an accredited college.
• At least two years of experience in civil engineering or land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, TR-55, TR-20, FlowMaster, or similar software.
• FE certification or PE license preferred but not required.
• Ability to interpret construction plans.
