Job summary

IMEG, 100% employee-owned, is seeking a Civil Project Designer in Nashua, NH. The role leads design efforts as a project manager or lead engineer for low to moderate complexity projects, mentoring staff and collaborating with senior engineers.

You will prepare civil designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with codes and IMEG standards while managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5 years minimum experience; 6 preferred in building design consulting.
• Alternative: 9+ years with 10+ preferred in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train Civil Design Technicians on reports, plans, and permit applications.
• Lead grading and stormwater design for various site plans.
• Oversee design within project budgets and schedules.
