Site Civil Engineer, PE – Leadership Track

Scheeser Buckley Mayfield (SBM) is a well‑respected regional engineering firm serving clients in Ohio and surrounding states. SBM designs mechanical, electrical, site civil, and technology systems. Areas of specialization include fire protection, forensic, and commissioning services. Since 1959, SBM has provided exceptional engineering by working closely with clients to fully understand their needs. The firm offers innovative solutions in the core markets of healthcare, education, government, corrections, central utility plants, commercial, residential, data centers, and religious facilities.

SBM is currently looking for a site civil licensed professional engineer exhibiting leadership potential with 10+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in engineering. The individual will collaborate with engineers and production staff in preparation for full oversight of the site civil department. The successful applicant will be responsible for site plan design, commercial and residential design, utility extensions (water lines, sanitary, steam, chilled water, gas, etc.), sewage treatment plants, floodplain management, and stormwater management systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills. This unique opportunity includes a potential accelerated path to stock ownership.
