Job summary

Artheon is seeking talented professionals to join our growing team to support diverse civil engineering and environmental projects. The role involves assisting in design, development, site investigations, and data-driven problem solving to deliver timely, quality solutions.

The position requires a Civil Engineering degree, 3+ years of related experience, and PE licensure. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential, with GIS familiarity as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of civil engineering experience focused on site development, transportation, or municipal infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects such as roadways, stormwater management systems, and site layouts.
• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates under supervision of senior engineers.
• Conduct site visits and field investigations to collect data and assess project conditions.
• Perform technical calculations and analyses to support project designs.
• Utilize engineering software for modeling and simulations to optimize project outcomes.
• Identify and propose solutions to engineering challenges during project execution.
• Ensure project designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations; assist in permit applications.
• Collaborate with project teams and communicate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to stakeholders.
• Assist senior engineers and project managers in coordinating project schedules and budgets.
